Up to this moment, it does not seem like anything has been accomplished for quite a while.

Management keeps adding shares.

The share price is red almost everyday.(on occasion, there is no
change.)

How can management be rewarded when we the shareholders don't see anything happening? What was accomplished to earn these?

Don't we as shareholders have the right to know what is going on?

We learn more about the company from those that do some DD and share
than we ever do from the company.
