Modlam, might I suggest you contact the three Independent Board Directors - and I use the term "Independent" loosely!

They're contact info is easily obtainable and mention that when the inevitable shareholder lawsuit hits...they just might thank you for following up!!!

I think all shareholders want to know asap, the results of the testing that took place in December. However from the 11/16/11 news release --"WSGI intends to announce information and details regarding the results of the N2S2 flight testing and demonstrations upon conclusion of the flights and after approvals from the sponsoring bodies governing the exercises."

For me, having governing bodies either sign off for certification (hopefully) or just approving result news of testing may be a key factor on the dealy. After all, it IS the Govt who was the sponsoring entity, whether it be DoD, Army, govt or other approving agencies......things can be delayed, BJ mentioned several times prior to the additional Nevada tests and that particular delay seems to have worked out in our favor.
