That is what makes the world go around. I do not think that the industry players will do a thing until the judge verifies an infringement finding via final judgment. I also do not think that Ericy will execute a license and rate going forward until a final judgment is signed in order to avoid a cease and desist. If Ericy has taken this case to trial, then they must truly believe that their products did not infringe in the teeth of revalidated patent claims and an arsenal of past dealings between the parties.
