Sterling, I realize you put substantial time and effort in your post, however, I must make a couple of comments:

1. There has been one assay done on the property. Clearly, one sample does not a mining claim make.Given the cost factor of $2,500, indicates that it was not even a reverse circulation drill hole.

2. The amount of gold/ton indicated by the assay, is comparable to only the best gold deposits. Most our 1-4 grams/ton. 9-10 grams per ton is very high.

3. I think you may be misreading the small mining rules. The following is taken from the BLM website:

The BLM regulations establish three levels of authorization, (1) casual use, (2) notice level, and (3) plans of operations. Casual use involves minor activity with hand tools, no explosives, and no mechanized earth moving equipment. No permit is required. Notice level activities involve use of explosives and/or earth moving equipment. The total annual unreclaimed surface disturbance must not exceed 5 acres per calendar year. A plan of operations is required for all other surface disturbance activities. A full environmental assessment and reclamation bonding are required.

Now you may want to call BLM, but to me, this says you can do "Casual" mining with no permit. All others require a permit. So unless they get a permit, looks like they will be casual mining.

Additionally, the 5 acres refers to the amount of land that has not been reclaimed, per bond, per calendar year.

4. I will not, at this time, go back and cite the multiple issues with Lou and previous pr's, rather just focus on the fact the company has brought their fin's current and we will go from there.

The key is to have enough data for one claim with good enough data to venture forward to see what’s there if its potential warrants such. They have this with the WOW Claims.

No they don't. They have one assay. They need to do a bunch of augur drilling, then testing, to determine where to dig.

Known Variables for Deriving a Valuation Range
** WOW claims consist of 120 acres.
** No more than 5 acres per bond per Small Scale Mining Operation.
** Up to 120 ÷ 5 = 24 Small Scale Mining Operations can be done on the WOW claims during one time.

Read again...only five acres per year. And no mechanized equipment means this can only be a mom and pop size operation.

So, all your nicely detailed work about potential valuations are just words on paper.

Given what it known about this podunk start-up wannabe operation, it has little chance of ever achieving a valuation of even a penny or three.

This is how the text reads:

Why did you add in "per reclamation bond"??

It would suffice it to say that this is far reaching at best.

Right now the company has nothing. No revenues, No money no operations. Bayport represents a shell with shares as Lou and company have offered up nothing but shares. That is all they can offer because they have nothing else including expertise.

So this shell with shares that gives all operation responsibilities to unknown investors is going to be worth a billion soon? The most successful start ups in the world at least had the talent/expertise come from within. all you have here is a company working out of an office home and run by an individual with nothing but a checkered past with zero success.

from the disclosure statement.

On September 16, 2011, the Company entered into an agreement with two groups of private investors pursuant to which the groups agreed to fund 100% of the costs for mining and commercialization of the Company’s WOW mining claims in exchange for the issuance of 60,000,000 shares for one group and 65,000,000 shares for the other group of the Company’s common stock, and an aggregate of 70% of the proceeds from such mining operations. The two investor groups subsequently divided and distributed their shareholdings. The two groups of private investors delayed moving forward with funding and operations until all the administrative filings were in place with the US Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and after the Company becomes current in its obligations to OTC Markets. The two groups have subsequently sub-divided these holdings.

Now what the company said was 70% of the proceeds for outlaying all the capital and all the resources. I am not sure how you came to this conclusion.

From reading through the company’s filings, the company will only get Net Profits of 25% of what is pulled out of the ground because of not having to account for any of the expenses to sure up the property and fund the Small Scale Mining Operations. So…

Definition of net profit - Often referred to as the bottom line , net profit is calculated by subtracting a company's total expenses from total revenue.

Not that I believe any of your numbers based on the success of placer mines in Utah but I figured I would at least address this initial error in calculations. since start up costs are significant up front and will only stabilize once production is in a full capacity you can assume a large expense fee for awhile. How much do you think it costs to just get operations up and functioning with equipment and over how long a period when nothing is being produced?

Why does the author of that "adequate and current information" document (check the document properties) show up as someone called "STERLING"? who might that be?

STERVC, Your valuation has left out some details which I quite frankly find quite disturbing....

The biggest thing you fail to mention is this;

The previous owner of the mining claims, Mel Carson, spent approximately $2500.00
on mineral assays (tests done by laboratories to determine relative mineral content).
Since Mr. Carson controlled the assay process, although such assays were performed
by reputable laboratories, it is impossible to assess the accuracy of Mr. Carson’s
sourcing activities.
The Company has not, as yet, done independent assays of its
own.

You also seem to fail to mention that that alleged .324 ounces of gold was only one assay, but in your valuation you imply that .324 ounces of gold is located throughout the entire 120 acres and that [url]there is apparently an endless amount of gold.

You also seem to conveniently leave out that those alleged financiers also get 70% of the money made on those claims.

As for you PE ration. Is that the ratio of all gold stocks or is it the ratio for only OTCBB gold stocks. I think it's a bit irresponsible for anyone to lump any OTCBB stock with actual stock exchanged on a reputable exchange.

With all that being said, I applaud the honesty in those financials, although I think at this time the stock is still overpriced.
