Are you sure that none of this has been done? I found a comment in the filing that may suggest some may have taken place already but their not talking yet.
Not so. It's 5 acres per bond... not per year. You can actually do as many bonds as you like (per 5 acres). Also, if you put the dirt/land back when done, the BLM will refund your money back for the bond. Please, don't just believe me. Call the BLM like I did.
