do you have any clue (an approximation) how many shares the majority shareholder of dfct had once the company became CTGLF? I wouldn't be surprised if the large majority of the shares he owns are no longer under his control. Is he one of the main people (the big guy) still selling when PR's come out, since you say he was and still is "hostile" to the reorganized company or are there others from dfct?
