,,,,,CTGLF was a reorganization and has well over 1000 stockholders around the world,,,,,,the "insider" JT refers to is not a real insider , he was the majority shareholder of the old DFCT and his 144 stock was automatically free trading stock after the reorganization of DFCT,,,,,he still has a nuisance lawsuit pending in Hong Kong against the company for back wages etc,,,and has been hostile to the company since the beginning,,,,,he also was a thief and stole from the company but escaped prosecution in exchange for selling the company to Fan,,,,,,,,,,,
