AMWI vs RICP

Lots of similarities between what Phil Kueber did with RICP in 2009 and what Phil Kueber has done with AMWI in 2011.

#1) Both shells went into the internet domain business

RICP

In September of 2009, Phil Kueber purchased Internet Properties Group, Inc. for 6,430,000 shares of its common stock. Internet Properties Group Inc was a company that Phil Kueber controlled.

On October 1, 2009, Internet Properties Group, Inc would purchase control of Enterprise Domains Inc. which was another company controlled by Phil Kueber (be sure to check the historical officer box).

AMWI

On September 6, 2011, AMWI purchased Instant Website Technology for 6,060,000 which would become 157,569,000 shares after a 26:1 forward split. Instant Website Technology is a company that Phil Kueber controlled.

On November 18, 2011, AMWI entered into a joint venture agreement with eMarketTeam. eMarket Team LLC is an entity controlled by Phil Kueber and Debbie Smith

#2) Debbie Smith

RICP

Debbie Smith was also involved in the internet companies that Kueber used with RICP as is demonstrated with the share issuances done by RICP a few months after the acquisitions:

960,000,000 common shares were issued on December 23, 2009 for debt repayment and a capital raise (400,000,000 to Phillip Kueber, 400,000,000 to Debbie Smith, 80,000,000 to Qualstar Capital Group and 80,000,000 to Fordee CA Trust).

1,600,000,000 shares were issued half to Phil Kueber and Debbie Smith on December 28, 2009 for debt repayment.

AMWI

Debbie Smith shows up in connection with eMarket Team LLC:

---------

All those shares issued to Phil Kueber and Debbie Smith by RICP helped cause RICP to have to do a 1:10,000 reverse split in September of 2010.

RICP never ended up with any revenues. Their internet domain business turned out to be nothing more than an insider enrichment scheme.

It'll be interesting to see what sort of shape AMWI is in 6 months from now when huge chunks of shares start getting issued for debts due for these acquisitions, joint ventures, and other insider financial arrangements.

Repost of the RICP portion of my last generation of Phil Kueber companies post:

Riverdale Capital Ltd (RICP)

Riverdale Capital Ltd was formerly 1ST Texas Natural Gas Co., Inc (FTXN), a shell controlled by convicted securities fraudster Jim Dial.

A property controlled by 1st Texas Natural Gas Co. Inc at this time was the Adams Ranch

In May of 2009, Jim Dial dropped out of the picture and Phil Kueber had full control of the FTXN shell:

In August of 2009, Phil Kueber merged his FTXN shell with another entity he controlled called Riverdale Capital Ltd:

http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=RICP&id=23747

The name and symbol of the shell was changed to Riverdale Capital Ltd (RICP) and did a 1:200 reverse split.

The contact information for the shell became:

Riverdale Capital Ltd.
8350 Wilshire Blvd. Suite 200
Beverly Hills, CA 90211
Tel: 323.556.0780
Fax: 323.556.0601

In September of 2009, Phil Kueber purchased Internet Properties Group, Inc. for 6,430,000 shares of its common stock. Internet Properties Group Inc was a company that Phil Kueber controlled.

Phil Kueber then began cashing in on the debts he had arranged with himself in part through the purchase of worthless internet related business entities that he controlled.

200,000,000 shares were issued to Qualstar Capital Corp. and 200,000,000 to Fordee CA Trust on May 18, 2010 for acquisitions and a proposed capital raise.

On May 5, 2010, Philip Kueber resigned as CEO and appointed William Reininger as acting CEO.

On August 17, 2010, William Reininger, Acting CEO resigned and appointed Carl H. Kruse as sole Director and CEO. Kruse also became the majority shareholder at that time by virtue of a Stock Purchase Agreement with Philip Kueber, resulting in a change of control of the Issuer.

On September 8, 2010 after the share price had been diluted way down, RICP did a 1:10,000 reverse split.

High Plains Gas Inc has a new CEO and has just made two valuable acquisitions. Also.. there has been a substancial debt cancelation to the original founder which will save the new HPGS some $6,000,000 per year.
This company's stock price is now looking to run and it is expected to increase dramatically over the coming weeks as 2012 plans are implemented.
This is not a pump & dump as 'nodummy' has indicated ..It is securing wells that are producing gas and as such the company is making profit.

It is anticipated that HPGS will be in the $$$'s very soon as things develop.
