However, it seems IDCC has Nok's sales reports for 2002 through 2003, so there may be no valid dispute over those past due amounts:

"Based on the royalty rates established by the Tribunal, InterDigital estimates that Nokia's royalty obligations ..January 1, 2002 through December 31, 2003 will be approximately $112 million...The above amounts are exclusive of awarded interest...Estimates of POST-2003 royalty obligations are based on third party and InterDigital's estimates of Nokia's sales of covered products for the applicable periods.."

So, it seems IDCC does have Nok sales reports for 2002-2003, and those amounts, although indicated as IDCC estimates, may be actual past due amounts based on Nok's sales reports?
