Clearly you are talking about different things as mine. ECDC provides hardware for free. I am waiting for the website to be operational, so after hardware sends data to the server, people can log into website to check status, not only receive text/email alert. How do you expect school to receive text/email alerts? Should they receive thousands of emails every day? Schools need the website platform to manage students. Especially during current budget environment, ECDC will help schools significantly reduce spending on managing student data, ECDC will be popular as soon as the website is operational.
Put it simply, the web site is still under construction, the link says "Coming soon", it means the website is not done yet.
