No on has the hardware, except for a test in Dubai. The lack of a log on does not preclude the existence of the underlying software. I'm sure they will add the log on when it is needed. It is not needed now as there is no data to transmit. If, Earthsearch gets a school to try or use the hardware, there will be data. Adding the log on, in and of itself creates no users, or user data.
