Getting off greys is going to require audited financials for the last 4 years? ..and a bunch of money, which they dont have. You cant rely on the share price on the greys...it's by appointment only. Also there are a bunch of firms that wont accept buy orders so if you were expecting a run in the share price with a settlement pr, I wouldnt count on it.

I am hoping (maybe a bit optimistic) that a settlement with TMobile gives them the capital needed to get current with financials (apply to SEC) and get off the greys. They may go back to Acacia and see if they want to revisit that $5m deal too. There is a tiny company that just signed a partnership with WiLan for them to shop out their IP. Calypso could do the same.

I would think stock would trade higher once they are off greys, increase shares outstanding so they could do a real money raise.

Or...Once the court recognizes the suit is settled, a big player comes along and writes a check for CLYW.

That's not right, either...

The language of the 8-K announces that the board voted on allowing a negotiation to proceed... the result of which negotiation is not known.

And, it appears that authorizing a negotiation to occur was the last act the board took... as there hasn't been any attempt to hold another board meeting since... ?

Two of the four directors deny having any knowledge of any agreement that might have resulted from any negotiation.

I don't get from there to anything... other than what we can see:

1. There was never any actual agreement presented to the board to vote on, only an vote on an authorization to try to create one.

2. We don't know if any agreement has been created or not... but, we see repeated failures in the management producing one, after claiming one exists, with subsequent statements proving prior statements were untrue.

3. The board has not met for a long time... so, while the board doesn't know IF there is an agreement or not... they've not authorized ANYTHING that has been done since authorizing the negotiation to proceed ?

>>I am sorry, I did not fully respond to you're post. Securing the patent is done. The board voted on, and approved, the settlement. that is no longer in issue.

I feel like I'm yelling into a barrel. There is NO LEGALLY BINDING SETTLEMENT. If there were, it would have been filed with the court. It hasn't been.
