Show me in the law where it will require audited financials and then show me where you get your estimate of that cost comes from. The last time a management mouthpiece gave a price it was $300,000.

So, you are guessing that the T-mobile settlement will be only about $300K. If that is your guess, I don't want to have anything to do with your assessment of what is best for this company.

If they increase the shares outstanding you realize that would make your shares worth about .003 rather than .04? This also requires a shareholder vote and nobody in their right mind would vote for it, unless you are one of the officers.
