Dale is definitely involved in all three entities.

Here is an easy run down:

Allied Supply was a reseller of Gold dredge builders equipment. The pictures on the two sites make the equipment look identical.

Dale works for Allied so also works with Gold dredge builders since he works on their eguipment as a reseller.

Next Sunergy bought out Allied and later purchased their dredges through Allied's manufacturer Gold Dredge builders. Now that is where Alan Tree's came in. He is the owner of Gold Dredge builders.

Rather incestuous but not illegal or inappropriate.

Add to that, Sunergy issued shares to buy Allied and issued shares to fund the purchase of dredges from Gold Dredge Builders. In a sense it makes all 3 entities involved with each other.
