What I find interesting is Dale is involved in both entities. Many times penny stocks will just flip properties into another shell and just play 3 card monty. All they need is new stockholders to fund operations. They can make as much or as little effort as possible because they now have your money and can always just say, "Well, we gave it a go and did not succeed." They can paid either way and you come out with nothing.

Even if Dale is well intentioned and honest it is not an easy business and can fail. At least if a guy and honest and giving it his best and has knowledge and experience you have a chance. If not, you have none because it was never meant to fly. Thing is you never know and I doubt even those that met him can sum up a person with a 3 hour meeting or a phone call. I do hope he's a man of honor, but with the constant delay of fins. and no news I am getting highly doubtful this is a legit operation and just hope to get some back on the next run.
