No not illegal, but it makes you wonder if a fair price was paid or it was inflated and was the deal to form SNEY just a bailout plan. I do wonder what their debt situation was at the time and if the funding of SNEY covered that, but was not enough to cover operations. You just have to hope I guess these guys say a bigger picture and a way to make money using their combined talents versus a way to sell paper to finance their needs and desires.

Mikey, refresh my memory on this please. Did Sunergy issue shares to Gold Dredge Builders for the purchase of the Dredges? Or, did they do a private placement to raise capitol to pay for the dredges? I thought it was the later, but, I am probably mistaken. Thanks in advance. Ck
