That statement is not true, I have seen and all the convertible notes, and none of them had RPH as a benefactor. You are right there are many, all issued under and to the officers of FHAL.
I see now who you are trying to protect, my question is why.
Unless you never seen them and were just told about them, if that is the case you were lied too, but I do think you were being set up.
