Get off this immunity smoke screen. I was not offered nor anyone else offered immunity to testify. I was not asked to testify, I CALLED THEM. If your definition of immunity is no wrong doing found so they didn't file charges then everyone on this board has immunity.

Very nice lady that put alot of money in this company and privately placed 6 figures into this company for Rufus. "One and Only", you and I agree and that is to follow the money. That is exactly what I did. I had the bank records in my hands that were turned over to the SEC that showed where this and other money went. You would be amazed and all of the convertible note holders that deposited money and then see where that money went. It would blow your mind how it was wasted on non-business expenses. I had all of the contracts for these noteholders that were verified with bank records and ALL of their money was spent by Rufus.
