Unless I am understanding something wrong, he said "he would raise money from private investors and not dilute the float":. Which would be correct if he is issuing restricted shares to private investors. How can he raise money from investors and not dilute O/S. The guy was probably talking about the float. So what is OC talking about. He is always talking about suing somebody. I don't get him. Read his comments carefully.

By the way I copied OC's posting and sent it to Kay and I told him that please go back and check yet he is on the board saying he knows Kay come to ihub.

Flyersfan, didnt you say a month ago that ECDC gave 400,000 shares to that guy or company who wrote the PR regarding 10-15 cent price target and the challenging of foursquare.....
