it appears PsD's informative DD stipulates that DR govt. approval may take at least 10 yrs? .. i think cgaq needs to clarify the kiosk project. swank has indicated live video gambling is on hold until usa legalizes, which we have no control over. swank earlier mentioned that many projects intertwined with the race track ..it might be the kiosk future rests with track lease/purchase and a "granting" of various licenses as outlined.
