I not certain exactly what is being said here. My guess is that any permits issued before the 24th of June 2011 and all fees and taxes are paid they are good to go. But no new permits will be issued for the next ten years for slots parlor/Lottery stops.
To me that says everything Mr. Swank has secured is solid. Including the permit to build the Vegas style casino at the racetrack. Who knows with the language translation it could say the moon is made out of cream cheese.
But I think I'm beginning to understand the proposed move to Colombia. Now if we could just get some insight on how the meeting went, we'd be in good shape. Have fun folks. PB
