Sadly true. Just called Madison to confirm share structure:
AS: 2.5b
OS: 1.561b

So much for Mark maintaining the share structure, and saying he wasn't diluting.
Per posts over the summer, the AS bump isn't unexpected, but the quick double in OS from 706m on Sept 20 is troubling. That's 855m shares added in 2 months.

And there's more dumping to come. Since Sept 20, only 624m shares have traded total. Meaning more than 225m still to dump, even if Mark was the only seller since Sept 20.

Only upside is that he decided to bump the AS instead of RS'ing again.
But he still cut our stake in the company by more than half in 2 months.

Both a blow to our holdings, and Mark's credibility.

Looks like we'll see 0001 again after all...
