I hope so. At least hedge funds know not to get in the middle so blatantly.

If a group of common sense citizens trying to protect small investors rewrote the laws we would see a much different "process".

Thanks Dan, Rochelle has actually shown the light on many aspects of BK court and how they operate. Many Judges skirt the law and Congress needs to reel them in. I actualy believe the SCOTUS was trying to that when they made the Stern decision.
