Nevertheless, it appears that she has moved to marginalize us without extinguishing us even in the face of abundant evidence that this bankruptcy has been mismanaged in fraudulent ways.
Of course she has her reasons but it would go differently with a different attitude about the written bk laws. I must believe this because the way it is going is a sham, imo.
Again, this may be the best justice system but it needs a ton of work to look and feel just to me.
Bottom line, while I haven't always been pleased with Walrath she could have very easily laughed Nate Thoma out of the courtroom and slammed the gavel down on this BK - wiping out equity.
She didn't, and we're alive and fighting because of it.
