I like what you are saying here Large Green. It makes so much sense for Bonderman to want all the money he can get from this drama.

I can imagine him saying: "i'll back anything you need to recoup here, boys."

The rumor/theory was that TPG was short WMI and covered their short position when they had their preferreds converted to commons.

They never never wanted to be part of the EC. Conflict of interest.

TPG/Bonderman are not equity's friend.
