Dooger. I think if I were owed 250 million and I had to go to arbitration with you, I would say you owed me 500 million in hopes that I would get half. I would then take the 50% award and be happy and squeal all the way to bank. You knowing that you only owed me 250 million anyway, might be very angry feeling you didn't get a break at all. However, you can save face by telling everyone that you got my demands knocked down by 50% and claim you won.

In regard to Donald Trump. .. .. Donald was given millions and millions and millions from his daddy's enormous real estate holdings. If I had a fantastically successful and famous dad who gave me all his money, I would claim to be wildly successful too. .. .. and people would believe me and put me on tv shows. The Donald impresses me not. BTW, Donald is now setting up his boy who will be wildly successful also. Not flaming on you, but it's just kind of my opinion on the 250 mill and Donald Trump. I truly believe that this all comes down to 3G!
Nok knows if they accept this arb decision that they will be triggered for 3G thru Ericy and IMO they will do anything to delay this.

Nok might think that since they only have to pay for half of what IDCC expected (and what Nok reserved for) that, so what if we spend some of the money saved, on legal expenses to challenge the arb decision.

I strongly agree with you that there has to be a BIG penalty to deter this kind of behavior. This past week I have not heard anything that is a strong incentive for Nok to just accept the arb decision and pay up.
