It would not surprise me at all if Nokia refused to pay and took this to the next level. If they are not fearfull of being slapped with a larger award then why not delay it longer? Thus far none of our challengers have faced any penalties so why not cheat? They have nothing to lose by looking at the track record. I almost hope that they force this to court so we can DEMAND that penalties be included. That is what it will take to make others believe it is better to settle than fight.
I wonder how Donald Trump would handle this?
