I don't recall the official cut off date that share owners of CGFIA need to have bought by to be able to receive shares of American Sierra.

Anyone have that on hand?

Seems to me that the best way right now to hedge a little is to buy American Sierra, in that you will be getting CGFIA shares in return.

It is interesting that they chose a leap-year date to make the merger. IMO ;)
