In case anyone else had been wondering, like I was, when American Sierra supposedly be merging with CGFIA. Well, it is in FEB. 2012.

"Colorado Goldfields Inc. of Lakewood said Tuesday it has signed an agreement to merge with American Sierra Gold Corp. of Reno, Nev.

The memorandum of understanding calls for shareholders of American Sierra to receive a ratio of Class A shares in Colorado Goldfields (Pink Sheets: CFGIA).
