There isn't a date at this point, MRDALE. There's only an MOU that due dilligence will occur, and if all goes well, a deal will be consummated in February. If it does happen, we'll be advised of the exact share to share that may occur, based on some formula of that day's respective PPS for each company.

Way too early for conjecture, IMO. Either Guyer/Rice will determine that it's a good transaction or they won't. If they do, and the deal goes through, that will be the date your looking for.
