To get the net growth rate, I guess you'd also need to know the firing rate as well. How many of these are new jobs and how many are replacements? eg of sales people who aren't making sales! :(

Either the people running this company are complete morons and cluless, or this rapid rate of hiring is due to the explosion of business that is about to take place. All signs point to the latter. Call me a fool, but I am expecting a positive and upbeat cc with a few surprises thrown in.
