Hi Alea, and last Q the average cost per employee (SG&A + R&D) = $9,771,000 or $57,475 each for 170 empl., $230K per year average. 16 more, only another $3.6M in expenses. I hope the turnover is large, if not this build up is absolutely massive and unsusstainable.
