If anything Pierce and Turrini screwed up the case so bad that all they could do was settle on terms dictated by Diac.

The issue is that Williams was WINNING in his efforts to address the Daic frauds... until Turrini and Peirce stepped forward to block his effort and bolux things up.

Actually, "step forward" is a misnomer...

What they did was to stab us in the back...

It's like you see Turrini playing poker at CLYW for YEARS without ever having pulled a winning hand... can't even play a winning hand to a draw even when he's dealt one...

Williams comes along and shows he can play... and on the first hand he wins, Turrini pushes him out of the way, grabs the chips, and tries to cash them in...

Leaving the only question... is Turrini just an idiot... or is Turrini "playing" for the house.

LOL. All BS. Daic didn't have the patent to sell and all Williams did was put the company in a position to lose the patent all together. The lawyers would tell you that the company had zero hard evidence against Daic and that they were scrambling, including postponing it at least once to avoid getting blasted. They said as much at the forum. But you go ahead and believe what you want. It really doesn't matter anymore as you've lost everything you invested while I on the other hand cashed out with profits many times and knew when to exit for good. I just feel sorry for the sheep that followed Davey down the tubes. Well, sorry for most of them.
