Snow, I think we can all assume Nokia is really pizzed off right now. Spent two years on litigation and lost. Also lost prepayment discounts for two years and knows the terms for 3g have been confirmed. Nokia has lost a lot of leverage. The ICC has forced Nokia to preform to the terms of its contract.

I think that was pretty important to have that confirmed by the arb folks.
