Actaully Rake..the permit has been issued..Actually back in 1986 I believe..don't quote me on the exact date...but there is a cease and desist for a violation from months ago..that is all being cleared up and it got serious when the state found out that CGFIA was actually serious about this project...Funny, the state knows now how serious they are...there were some bad things done with the spoils from past operations and the state really cracked down on new millsites! One other thing Rake...if you look at the progress of the permit..and you can see the tick marks that have been accomplished online...there is no way that the state can't remove the cease and desist...then CGFIA has a Monopoly play in Colorado with JR's trying to get started every day..we've seen the new permits issued..but the mines are the problem that the state sees it's the milling ioperations and the spoils left behind!
