One other thing Rake...if you look at the progress of the permit..and you can see the tick marks that have been accomplished online...there is no way that the state can't remove the cease and desist...then CGFIA has a Monopoly play in Colorado with JR's trying to get started every day..we've seen the new permits issued..but the mines are the problem that the state sees it's the milling ioperations and the spoils left behind!
