When we discussed the possibility of CBAI filing a legal action regarding the actions of the DTC, you indicated that it would not be advisable, as trading could be completely suspended as a result.

Now that Matt has publicly declared the actions of the DTC illegal, does it change your views on the subject? Surely illegal activities would be easily demonstrated, or he wouldn't have made the statement, right?

Paul, you were just saying it would be unwise to attempt to fight the chill in a court of law. So, how do you rectify your comments with Matt's declaration?

Or is Matt simply blowing off steam and not going to follow up with his accusation?
