Matt has publicly declared the action taken by the DTC against CBAI as "illegal".

Paul, you were just saying it would be unwise to attempt to fight the chill in a court of law. So, how do you rectify your comments with Matt's declaration?

Or is Matt simply blowing off steam and not going to follow up with his accusation?
