No I didn't but company information appears to me to say that's what they do. That's a hefty increase in rental income.
On a per person basis, money coming in from various government agencies for housing for parolees, addicts, homeless, etc. makes sense.
The owner of the large house next door to mine wanted to sell it to a company that creates group homes. I confronted him and told him that if he made it into a group home for addicts I'd have the sheriff on his ass every time I so much as caught anyone sneezing in my direction.
