i'm confident they will only purchase properties where the zoning allows their use intent or they have already been granted a varience. group homes are tougher to get approved, but they can benefit from guaranteed rent if they place families or inidividual (in multi-unit properties) knowing that their rent will be paid via some form of a subsidy.

yeh- i bought shares in this awhile ago because of the social aspect--and the revenue tie in- this stock will jump this week - - we like this deal-
