You said, assuming IDCC gets a positive result from the ICC, ... "Nokia will be faced with the obvious 3 choices."

Not sure what you believe to be a "positive result" ($200M?) or your view of the "obvious 3 questions", but is this close?:
1. Pay IDCC the 2G award, and continue to stall and fight 3G in the court's.
2. Don't pay and appeal the award. This would just be putting off the inevitable imo as I doubt an appeal would be successfull.
3. Settle with IDCC vi sa vi the award, using 3G and litigation as leverage.

As far as the price action post arbitration award, I gave my WAG in an earlier post... as far as the time frame??? Don't know. I think that is part of the question Spree and others were asking you. Here is my guess:

"$100M w/ no 3G: $20-22
$200M w/ no 3G (likely imo): $26-28
$400M (as some believe) w/ no 3G: maybe $32-$35 and then back to $24 in 6 months.
$200M with 3G: $35-40+ and on from there."

Your condescension is all too apparent, which is why I wouldn't waste my time answering your questions. If you truly cared about my answer then I would provide it to you.

You tell us things could get tricky, of course we are going to want to know what you mean.

By the way I don't think it will come down to 3 choices, I think the news release will be a settlement with 3g included, and for everybody here giving price predictions they are forgetting one thing, stock prices don't just go by the numbers, look at XMSR and TASR
