IM--this stuff is pretty routine... when they file for this permit, they can explore up to 5 acres, as I understand it, and normally the BLM just signs off on "exploration" as this does not require mining permits and is no big deal... it is called a notice of intent so the BLM knows what you are doing, but it really means there is a plan and we will soon see some exploration, as I understand it... you should consider buying some stock right now as this is looking better than some of your other investments (which I took a look at recently)...

Cat the notice of intent is the permit. The NOI is what it is called. Once they go over 5 acres they will need to file a Plan of Opperations which is much more involved.
