The PR would have had more impact if they said they have started preparing the necessary reports and upon completion they will be submitted for permits. I am now wondering if SUGO's CEO even knows what reports are required before permit application. Normally mining companies hire a mining engineer company to handle the permit applications because of all the reports required. Mining companies also hire a PR representative to handle the protests that will surely follow.
If this PR today is such great news then why is SUGO down almost 6%?
