filing of two Notices of Intent with the Bureau of Land Management to explore segments of both the Conglomerate Mesa and Santa Rosa sections of the 548 claims the Company has in Inyo County, California.



So they filed a "Notice of Intent" but did not file for the permit, just said they intended to file for the permit. Big deal, they could file for the permit sometime during 2012!

The announcement that SUGO has actually filed a permit request is the only news of any value.
