Chiron - there isn't a stop-date per-se on the Mediation. Nov 4th/7th (written/hearing) is for a one-of-three STATUS -- "Settlement", "No chance", "More time needed".

I really think we'll reach this first STATUS report/hearing with a "More time needed".

Edit - Just remember that the FDIC and JPMC are left out in mediation talks on the first go-around. I think we will make it to mediation #2 and JPMC and FDIC will eventually chip in on #2 (my 8-ball).
