Roger that Catz... with one twist... "MUCH" more time needed.

Each time we feel, believe, think the end is "near"... it isn't. We have come a long, long way. But there is more than just a bit still to go until we have a settlement.

Not being negative, just realistic.

Settlement in 2012... for all equity.
