That's more-or-less where I am at, except that an organisation looking for proposals for a large contract has some pricing power - unless there's only one vendor with a useable product.

Fortunately for Wave - in this case, that looks true.

Who else has even performed a large scale contract at this point?

You still seem to be suggesting I am the other side of a discussion about seats. Oh well.
