SRPX - Robyn Bailey connection

A ok thanks for the link. So at one time Robyn Bailey was the CEO of Steadfast Holdings Group, Inc way back in early 2010.

Round Rock, TX (PRWEB) January 13, 2010

Steadfast Holdings Group, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: STDF) Ms Robyn Bailey has joined the company as its Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors. Ms Bailey will also operate the subsidiary Banx and Green Group, Inc. pending its building of an executive staff of its green projects management operations.

She did a press release in February of 2010 then was never heard from again. Robyn Bailey's name ever showed up in any filings and while she was CEO she didn't do any filings.

Her name was never even added at the Nevada SOS as an officer:

It went right from John and Susan Calash who ran the shell before Robyn Bailey took over to Joseph Caywood.

STDF did not file an annual report with the Nevada SOS in March of 2010 or in March of 2011. When no annual report is filed for two straight years than an entity gets revoked by the Nevada SOS.

That opened the door for Joseph Caywood. Once a Nevada business entity is revoked it can be hijacked by anybody by going through the Nevada court system.

I'm willing to bet that Joseph Caywood gained control of the STDF shell through the Custodianship law in April of 2011. He then had the entity reinstated, did the reverse split, did a name change, got the filings up to date with the OTC and that takes us to where we are now.

I don't think Robyn Bailey has any current connection to SRPX. Caywood got control of the shell then did a massive reverse split wiping out anybody that was formerly involved with the shell.

I think with Caywood comes a whole new set of concerns/issues.
