OK...I gotta pay 'more better' attention...thank you for pointing that out. I'm not sure but I think the following exchange x posters on the scorpex mb may have had something to do with it....(read the replies)..

Edit: I will add that there are other common elements/persons x Scorpex and NX Global...not an excuse but a possible contributor to my confusion.
