With attention to the individual needs of the customer, we will offer high quality equipment, the best available financing and the finest level of service and support in the leasing industry.

Master Lease, Inc. provides lease financing for revenue producing equipment; primarily over-the-road trucks and trailers, and to a lesser extent, automobiles and light duty trucks. We offer specialized equipment such as dump trucks and car haulers, bullracks, grain hoppers and belly dumps.

Because of the constant influx of new and used equipment and our high volume of sales, our inventory changes from one week to the next. <---------"high volume of sales"

Master Lease has history and customer base. E1 should not start a brand new biz with zero customer. There lies what the agreement for. My understanding is E1 either sells the unit to ML or leases the unit together with ML's trucks instead of buying their own trucks.
